The commended workers directory contains a list of workers commended from New Testament patterned assemblies to various full time works and ministries inside North America. The directory can be viewed online or purchased in print format from ECSministries.org

The directory should not be cofused with CMML's prayer handbook. The prayer handbook also contains a listing of commended workers, but those workers serve the Lord outside of North America.

For many years the Commended Workers directory was maintained by Interest Ministries. In January of 2009, the directory was passed on to Assembly Care.

After taking responsibility for the directory, Assembly Care did the following things:

1. Contacted assemblies and workers across N. America to inform them of the change.
2. Requested updated information from workers and assemblies.
3. Put the directory online in electronic format.
4. Began creating guildelines for inclusion in the directory.
5. Looked for ways to keep the directory in printed format. (ECSMinistries kindly offered to print the directory and to combine it with the Assembly Address book.
